SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

The normal delivery time is 5-10 working days in UK. Because most of the ornaments are handmade, they require a production lead time. Please note that during busy periods such as sales or Christmas, some packages may take slightly longer to arrive.


Standard postage and packaging in the UK is £3.95. If your order is less than the 25 pounds free postage requirement, you will need to pay the postage.All parcels are delivered by Royal Mail.

We also support delivery to other countries. Shipping is free when your purchase is over £60. If your purchase is less than £60 you will need to pay the postage amount shown on the checkout page. Delivery times are generally 7-14 working days, but may be delayed due to holidays or customs etc.


If you find that your country is not within the delivery range, please do not hesitate to contact us by email. We will open up delivery to more countries for you.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Here at Panda H.M. providing the best quality products and service is extremely important to us. If you are not completely satisfied, please return the goods to us, unused and in the original packaging, within 15 days and we will happily provide a refund or alternatively, exchange the item accordingly. Please note all returned items need to be returned unworn.

Please note, once personalised items have been personalised, they are non returnable.

Regrettably, delivery charges for the original order will not be refunded. Any items returned that arrive damaged or become lost, will not be credited. We will only refund return/exchange postage costs if the item returned is faulty.

However, goods received damaged in transit will be replaced at no cost with free delivery provided you inform us of any breakage within three days of receiving the order.

It is not necessary to return goods to us using the Royal Mail Recorded/Special Delivery service. However, we strongly recommend you obtain a free receipt of postage from the Post Office as proof of postage, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
